ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has reduced electricity tariff by Rs2.08 per unit, Local TV channel Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
As per notification issued by Nepra, the price has been reduced under the monthly fuel adjustment plan.
On the other hand, power tariff has been cut by Rs1.23 for K-Electric consumers. Electricity users across the country will be provided relief of Rs13 billion in April bills.
The new prices will not be applicable to consumers using less than 50 units.
