QUETTA: At least four policemen were gunned down as a result of two firing incidents.
According to reports, two policemen were killed on Tuesday when unidentified gunmen opened fire on their vehicle at Sariab Road.
The martyred policemen were identified as Fiaz Mohammad and Naeem Akhtar and belonged to Sibbi. They were the security guards of the District Coordination Officer (DCO).
Station House Officer (SHO) Shalkot’s car was attacked in the Hazar Ganji area in Quetta that resulted in the martyrdom of the SHO’s guard and his driver. Police sources confirmed that SHO Shalkot Javed Buzdar had remained safe in the incident.
The dead bodies of policemen were shifted to the Civil Hospital.
