KARACHI (Online) – A man has been tortured to death over parking issue in the animal market located in Sohrab Goth area on Wednesday.
Wajahat, who was an engineer in Pakistan International Airline (PIA), went to the animal market for buying a sacrificial animal for Eid. Following a brief altercation over the parking space, the management of the parking company tortured him severely, said a family member of the victim.
The injured was rushed to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital for medical treatment where the doctors pronounced him dead as brought.
The body was handed over to victim’s family after post-mortem. The area police have registered a case and started an investigation.
