LAHORE – At least three laborers were killed and two others were severely injured in factory boiler blast in Lahore’s Shahpur Kanjra on Saturday.
According to details, the incident took place after the boiler exploded causing the roof of the factory to collapse.
Several laborers were trapped inside the factory following the powerful blast, rescue officials said, adding that five of the victims were shifted to hospital where three died.
The dead bodies have been identified as Khizar, Waqar and Safdar which have been shifted to the morgue for further investigation.
