Champions Trophy 2017: Shehryar, Sethi locks horns over VIP passes

BIRMINGHAM: Before the national cricket team’s epic Champions Trophy clash against arch-rivals India, chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shehryar Khan and Najam Sethi locked their horn over the distribution of VIPs passes.

Najam Sethi wants to accommodate his close friends including political personalities on his person quota, therefore, he demanded VIPs passes in large number from PCB.

On the other hand, Chairman Cricket Board Shehr Yar Khan wants to facilitate the people hailing from incumbent government’s family.

Sources added that conflict has erupted between Najam Sethi and Shehr Yar khan last day.

It is pertinent to mention here that a large number of political leaders from PML-N have demanded VIPs passes.
