KARACHI – First EGP Youth Center -Pakistan one of the initiatives of Education for Global Peace, University of California, with the great support of core team of members of Education for Global Peace was inaugurated on August 04, 2018 in Lyari one of the most turbulent areas of Karachi that will provide opportunity for youth to enhance their skills, to seek proper guidance and to develop capacity for being successful and peaceful person for community for the country and the world.
Pakistan has been facing the challenges of extremism and radicalization for many decades. The most vulnerable community has been suffered is youth. Aged 14 to 18 years old children were reported to explode themselves to suicide attacks and exposed to criminal activities.
The root cause has been studied is that they have been exposed to study violence from the society, schools, and media. The only way to provide them positive opportunities to excel themselves to learn more about acceptance, tolerance, forgiveness, and friendship.
EGP YC provides assistance to young hearts and minds of Pakistan to basic career guidance to the skills to live peacefully with family and community for better Pakistan and peaceful world.
