LAHORE (Staff Report) – Former Pakistani skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq has joined the Afghanistan Cricket Board as head coach of international cricket team, the cricketer confirmed on Friday.
According to Inzamam-ul-Haq the board is interested to sign a contract of 3 to 7 years however he has joined for one month. After one month I will make a final decision whether I will accept the proposal or not, he said.
He further told that Afghanistan cricket team is going to tour Zimbabwe to play T20 and ODI series this month.
Inzamam-ul-Haq is third Pakistani cricketer to join Afghanistan Cricket Board as head coach. Previously Rashid Latif and Kabir Khan also served as head coach of Aghanistan cricket team.
