Pakistan beat Zimbabwe by 7 wickets in tri-nation T20I

HARARE – Pakistan have beaten Zimbabwe by 7 wickets in the fourth match of the T20 tri-series being played in Zimbabwe.

Fakhar Zama’s 47 and Hussain Talat’s 44 lead Pakistan to victory. Solomon Mire of host side was the Player of the Match for his 63-ball 94 runs.

Zimbabwe set a target of 163 for Pakistan. The captain Sarfaraz won the toss and opted to bowl in the fourth match of the T20 tri-series being played in Zimbabwe.

Solomon Mire hit a 94 off 63 balls which included six fours and six sixes to help Ziambwae to a formidable total of 162.

Pakistan enjoys an upper hand in the encounter as it had triumphed over the same team a few days back by 74 runs.

Moreover, Zimbabwe was left red-faced when it suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of Australia, by 100 runs.

Earlier on Monday, Australia defeated Pakistan by 9 wickets, putting an end to the winning streak of Green shirts in the T20 format.
