WAH CANTT (Staff Report) – Pakistan beat Afghanistan by 43/13 in the third and last match on third day in the 3rd Asian Kabbadi championship, in Wah Cantt.
In the first match of the day India beat Nepal by 48/16, while in the second match Iran beat Sri Lanka by 36/10.
First match (Pakistan vs Afghanistan) will be played at 7:30pm PST, second (India vs Nepal) at 9:00pm PST and third (Iran vs Sri Lanka) at 10:20pm PST.
Six teams including India, Iran, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan are participating in the event. The event will continue till May 6.
Secretary General Pakistan Kabaddi Federation Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that all arrangements have been completed to hold the Asia Cub Kabaddi Tournament in a befitting manner.
He said foolproof security arrangements have been made for Kabaddi teams of Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan and Iran.
