This January, OPPO launched its A83 phone which has similar features as that of its predecessor OPPO F5 Youth but with a more nominal price tag.

The phone equipped with 5.7 inches IPS LCD with an 18:9 aspect ratio, 720 x 1440 pixels resolution and 282PPI (Pixels per inch) density.
The design has a minimalistic approach. There is a slim bezel on top and bottom, which in turn accentuates the phone itself. The phone is slip-resistant and grip-friendly with its rounded edges.
The exterior is made of plastic but it is solid and light to carry. OPPO doesn’t suggest a glass screen protection yet it comes with a built-in screen protector and a case for safekeeping.
OPPO A83 comes with dual sim card slots. It has a RAM of 3GB with 32GB internal storage and expandable memory of up to 128GB with external microSD. The OS in OPPO A83 is Android 7.1 Nougat with colorOS 3.2 and a 2.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P23 16nm processor and Mali G71 MP2 GPU.
Experience rich multimedia with sensors, earpiece and an 8 MP front camera on the top of the phone followed by the 3.5 mm audio jack, microphone and an active noise cancellation dedicated mic at the bottom.
The back camera is 13MP and a LED Flash. Both the cameras have the A/I Beauty technology that makes it the perfect phone for selfies. The camera also features auto focus, geo-tagging touch focus, face detection HDR and panorama options.
The phone is good with multi-tasking and does not hang when multiple applications are run on it. It is available in two distinct colors of Champagne and Black. Our favorite is the champagne color.
