LAHORE – Pakistan’s sweetheart Mahira Khan has become part of the Peshawar Zalmi family as the brand ambassador, the actress announced on Tuesday.
In a post made on Twitter, Khan said she would be supporting Peshawar Zalmi in the upcoming season of Pakistan Super League.

In response, Zalmi also welcomed her as their brand ambassador:

The franchise owner, Javed Afridi, also took to Twitter to announce Mahira joining Peshawar Zalmi as their ambassador.

Mahira is one of Pakistan’s most popular and highest-paid actresses; and the recipient of several awards. She made her official Bollywood debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Raees’ that released last year.
The third season of the Pakistan Super League starts in the United Arab Emirates on February 22. The tournament will move to Pakistan for two play-offs on March 20-21 and the final in Karachi on March 25.
