ISLAMABAD – Three-day Long Rama Polo Festival on Sunday kicked off in Astore.
Two teams will be from Astore, while other teams from all districts of Gilgit Baltistan will also participate in the competition.
A grand cultural show will also be held at Rama to promote local culture, Radio Pakistan reported.
Minister Tourism Fida Khan will be the chief guest in the inaugural ceremony. Four matches will be played at Rama polo ground.
The Rama polo final will be played on Tuesday.
