Terror threat forces Air China flight return to Paris

PARIS – A Beijing-bound Air China flight was forced to return to Paris in response to a terrorist threat, the airline said on Thursday.

“Air China has received a suspected terrorist message. Flight CA876 has returned to Paris safely, with the plane and its passengers all unharmed,” the Chinese carrier said in its official account on the social networking service Weibo.

All passengers and crew on board were safe, and the company would arrange another flight as soon as possible, it said.
