MUMBAI – Indian extremist group Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) had earlier given Pakistani artists an ultimatum of 48-hours to leave the country or face the consequences as the tensions between the two countries escalated following the Uri attack.
As the deadline ended yesterday, the MNS claimed ‘hurried evacuation’ of Pakistani artists and encircled the house of Producer Karan Johar later on who had boldly voiced in the favor of Pakistani artists.
