MUMBAI: Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan was lucky to escape from the Istanbul’s airport, where he was stuck just a few hours before the terrorist attack that killed at least 36 people.
According to Indian media, the Krrish star, who was vacationing in Africa with sons Hrehaan and Hridhaan, was on his way back to India when he missed his connecting flight at the Istanbul’s airport.
“Missed connecting flight at Istanbul and were stuck at airport next flight was next day, but took economy and flew out earlier. #Prayers4istanbul,” Hrithik tweeted.

The actor thanked the airport staff for the assistance and also asked his fans to come together in the fight against terrorism.
