LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistan ‘s speedster Shoaib Akhtar on Monday met with Chairman PCB’s Executive Committee Najam Sethi Najam Sethi in Lahore amd made a formal request to buy a franchise of upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL).
“I want to serve Pakistan by coaching young players,” Akthar told media persons after meeting Sethi.
The former pacer backed resumption of cricketing ties between arch-rivals Pakistan and India.
“Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) should refrain from issuing unnecessary statements regarding Pakistan-India series,” he stressed.
To a question, he said that Younis Khan should take a decision about his one-day career. “I had quit playing cricket four years ago,” he added.
