MUMBAI – Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has suggested organizing a match between Peshawar Zalmi and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at a neutral venue.
Indian heartthrob who co-owns Kolkata Knight Riders made a telephone call to Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi and suggested a match between the winners of T20 champions, subject to permission of the governments of India and Pakistan.
According to Geo News, Shah Rukh opined that the match could be played in Dubai or London.
Kolkata Knight Riders has been crowned champions of Indian Premier League twice and a contest between the IPL champions and PSL champions would definitely be an entertaining one.
Peshawar Zalmi overpowered Quetta Gladiators on Sunday by 58 runs to become champions of the Pakistan Super League second edition.
