Pakistan all out 227, take 72-run lead against New Zealand in Ist Test

ABU DHABI – Pakistan were all out for 227 in reply to New Zealand’s first innings total of 153 on the second day of the first Test against New Zealand in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.

Babar Azam top-scored for Pakistan with 62, Asad Shafiq 43, and Haris Sohail’s 38, helped Pakistan to a 72-run lead over Kiwis.

Trent Boult finished with 4-54 while debutant spinner Ajaz Patel and medium pacer Colin de Grandhomme took two wickets apiece.
