PCB names 16-man squad for Pakistan vs Sri Lanka T20I series

LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board on Tuesday announced the 16-man squad for the three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka starting next week.

The guests will play the third and final T20I match in Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on October 29. The first two matches will be played in Abu Dhabi on October 26 and 27 before teams fly to Lahore for the final game on October 29.

Sarfraz Ahmed will lead the Pakistan side.

Sarfraz Ahmed (captain), Fakhar Zaman, Ahmed Shahzad, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Hafeez, Imad Wasim, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf, Hasan Ali, Amir Yamin, Mohammad Amir (subject to fitness clearance), Rumman Raees, Usman Shinwari, Umar Amin

Earlier, Sri Lanka’s players had indicated strong reluctance to visit Pakistan for the third and final T20I.

The PCB also released the details of tickets and their prices for the T20I clash.
