KABUL (News Desk) – At least eleven people were killed in a roadside bomb blast in northern Baghlan province of Afghanistan, Afghan media reported on Friday.
According to available details, the incident took place in Baghlan-e-Markazi district when a vehicle struck an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
District Police Chief Mohibullah Kohistani said that five children, two women and four men were among those killed and three children were wounded. All of the dead and injured belonged to same family.
No group including the Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility of the incident.
