LAHORE – The Asian Hockey Federation on Friday announced the draws for Asian Champions Trophy 2018 which will be played in Oman from October 18 to October 28.
Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, and Oman will be in action during the mega event. The Asain arch-rivals Pakistan and will face each other’s on October 20, a day after Pakistan plays its opening match of the tournament against Korea on 19th.
Team Pakistan will play against Oman on October 22, Japan on 24 and Malaysia on 25 of October. The final will be played on October 28.
This will be the fifth edition of the Asian Champions Trophy event. India and Pakistan won 2,2 times the trophy in the past.
India took the trophy home in the latest, 2016 edition in Kuantan, Malaysia.
