LORDS – England are 56 runs ahead of the target given by tourists on the third day of first test at the famous Lords ground.
England are 235-6 with Buttler batting on 66 and Bess on 55.
Pakistan were all out at 363 and took the lead of 179 runs against England in the first innings of the third day at Lord’s on Saturday.
England managed to score only 184 runs in their first innings.
On Day 2, Azhar Ali and Babar Azam hit half-centuries to Pakistan to a relatively commanding position of 363.
At the close of play on the day 2, Pakistan trailed England by 177 runs with Mohammad Amir was 19 not out and Mohammad Abbas scored 4 at the crease.
