Bangladesh have qualified for the Asia Cup final only once in 2012, when they lost to Pakistan at home by just two runs.
India are the five-time champions. India’s winning meets were all held in the previous 50-over one-day international format.
India have been undefeated in this tournament and they have won nine out of their last 10 Twenty20 matches but they face a tricky test against Bangladesh. The hosts will be backed by a hostile crowd and will be determined to grab some silverware ahead of the World Twenty20.
