ISLAMABAD – Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Prime Minister Nawaz, on Saturday repudiated the ‘sensational news’ about the prime minister’s health and confirmed that he has been only diagnosed with a “small kidney stone”.
The premier’s daughter took to the twitter to repudiate the rumours and added that the kidney stone does not need any “intervention”.

Earlier, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb had also refuted fake news and said that PM is well and all his test results were clear after rumours circulated earlier today regarding the premier’s health.
“The prime minister has been working tirelessly as he wants to see completion of all projects by 2018, hence, he was under some stress,” said Aurangzeb.
Earlier in May 2016, the premier underwent an open-heart surgery in London. The surgery lasted more than four hours, during which his arteries were successfully grafted.
