KARACHI – Gold Rates in Pakistan witnessed a drop of around Rs2000 per tola on Saturday in line with international market prices.
Data shared by All-Pakistan Sarafa Association shows price of one tola gold moved down by Rs2,000, hovering at Rs261,500 while price for 10 grams of bullion comes down by Rs1,714, now standing at Rs224,194.

In global market, gold dropped by 0.8pc to $2,495.86 per ounce, following a peak last reached on August 20. U.S. gold futures also declined by 0.7% to $2,524.60.
Additionally, spot silver decreased by 3.1% to $27.92, while platinum slipped by 0.4% to $920.55, and palladium fell by 3.1%, reaching $913.00.
