Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed no longer leads for Kaaf Kangana

It seems that writer/director Khalil ur Rehman Qamar’s new film ‘Kaaf Kangana’ has lost yet another of his casting choices. According to a report by Instep, after losing Sohai Ali Abroo, the film’s lead actors, Farhan Saeed and Urwa Hocane have also opted out of the project.

However, there is always someone to take on the roles and now the film will star actor Sami Khan and model Eshal Fayyaz to play the lead roles instead.

In a statement to Instep, Khalil u Rehman Qamar said, “Eshal Fayyaz will be playing the lead opposite Sami Khan, who was part of the project since the beginning. We have begun shooting for it; 30 percent of the shoot is done and we plan to release it on Eid ul Azha this year.”

Kaaf Kangana was set to become Urwa and Farhan Saeed’s big debut together on the silver screen with the acclaimed writer/director even mentioning that the pair had been his first choice for the film. However that didn’t work out too well,
“Earlier Farhan was there but unluckily he is not there anymore.”
