DUBAI – Pakistan women beat West Indies by 4 wickets in the third One Day International at Dubai on Monday, winning the series 2-1.
Pakistan women scored 163 in 47.2 overs for the loss of 6 wickets in reply to 159 of West Indies.
Sidra Amin was declared player of the match who remained top scorer for Pakistan with 52 runs while Sidra Ameen got the Woman of the Series Award for 148runs in the ODI Series.
This was Pakistan’s first series victory against the West Indies in 16 years and only their seventh ODI win in 26 matches.
The victory prompted social media to congratulate the cricket team with notables pouring out their love for the squad.
