MUMBAI (Web Desk) – Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput have become parents to their newly born girl on Friday.
The child was born at 7:56 PM in the evening. The delivery was conducted at Hinduja Healthcare Surgical hospital in Khar where Mira Rajput was admitted last evening. The child born is weighing nearly 2.8 kilograms.
Shahid’s first baby was eagerly awaited by his family members and friends. Although, it was reported that the delivery would be conducted in September, his fans were taken by surprise today evening by the sudden news of his child being born.
“It was a normal delivery. Both mother and child are doing fine,” The Hindu quoted gynaecologist Dr Kiran Coelho as saying.
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput were married in July 2015. On numerous occasions after his marriage, Shahid has not refrained from expressing love for his 22-year-old wife openly.
