LALAMUSA – The funeral prayers for the son of Pakistan Peoples Party Punjab president, Qamar Zaman Kaira were performed on Saturday in Link School’s ground in Lala Musa.
Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, former president Asif Ali Zardari, Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar, Information Minister Punjab Syed Samsam Bukhari, former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gillani, former interior minister Rehman Malik and hundreds of other political workers and citizens attended the funeral prayers amid sobs and tears.
Osama Qamar Kaira met a tragic road accident in Lala Musa a day earlier; his car rammed into a roadside tree and he died on the spot.
Osama was a student of the Government College University Lahore and was the younger son of PPP leader.
His friend Hamza also succumbed to the injuries in the road accident.
