ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has handed over an official to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) after he was found involved in Rs12 million scam, a statement said on Thursday.
According to a spokesman for PIA the official caused a loss of Rs12 million to the national airlines with help of travel agents from October 2014 to August 2015. The accused has confessed to his crime in initial investigation.
The evidences of corruption and case record have also been given to FIA which will now proceed the case, the statement said.
