Abducted Uzbek wife of Pakistani man recovered from Islamabad

ISLAMABAD – An Uzbek girl, who was kidnapped by her driver from Lahore’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) last week, has been recovered from the federal capital, police said late Sunday.

Yelena is married to a local man named Muhammad Nisar. According to her passport, she is a housemaid but was working as a babysitter at the house of a Chinese woman in DHA Lahore.

An abduction case was filed by the police on May 26th when she went missing. Yelena’s aunt alleged that she has been abducted by her Chinese employer – Lady Gaga – with the help of her driver – Sohail Ramzan.

The kidnapper has been identified as Sohail Ramzan.

Both the suspect and the girl have been shifted to Lahore from Islamabad.
