LAHORE – The Lahore High Court on Monday ordered the removal of Ali Musa Gillani name from Exit Control List (ECL).
Ali had earlier moved to the court seeking the expulsion of his name from ECL. The interior ministry had put his name on the ECL on May 15, 2013, on the basis of allegations against him.
Ali is son of former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani. His name was put under ECL after his alleged involvement in Ephedrine case.
