KARACHI – Senior batsman Younis Khan has refused to retire before completing 10,000 runs and said that he will leave space for youngsters of his own accord when he feels that he has become a burden on the team.
Talking to media in Karachi, Khan said that he will continue to take steps for the promotion of sports even after retirement. He said that this could be for any game as he is also good at football and hockey.
He said that a Brazilian coach has been requested to assist the growth of football in the country.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian coach said that schools are also required to cooperate along with government for the development of football in Pakistan.-Online
