ISLAMABAD – A contingent of Russian ground forces has arrived in Pakistan for first ever Pak-Russian joint exercise, Radio Pakistan reported on Friday.
Around two hundred military personnel of both countries will participate in the drills.
Earlier this week, India filed a diplomatic plea with Russia seeking cancellation of joint military exercise in Pakistan. However, Moscow refused to accept the Indian request.
