ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – At least five persons including a three-year-old girl were killed here in Islamabad on Thursday.
The three-year-old girl was killed by an over speeding bus within the Murree police limits while the bus driver, identified as Mansoor Elahi, was taken into police custody.
According to the details, Nigah Fatima was daughter of Saqib Shah, a labourer who was going to a nearby market with her father at Tareet when a Daewoo bus hit her. She was pronounced dead on spot.
In another tragic incident, three labourers were killed after their motorcycle was hit by a speeding dumper truck on GT Road. Another mishandled dumper truck took life of 16-year-old Muhammad Ali leaving another two injured.
