LAHORE – Government College of Science’s Professor Rao Altaf was gunned down in broad day light by ‘unknown assailants’ on Tuesday.
According to police officials, Professor Rao Altaf was killed when attackers opened fire on his car as he was returning home after dropping off his son at school.
The professor succumbed to his wounds shortly after, police said. Investigations into the murder have been started.
