KHANPUR – At least ten people including a minor girl were killed and several injured on Monday after a violent clash erupted between two groups in city of Khanpur in Shikarpur district.
As per reports, two groups of the Jatoi clan named Bhatani and Saad Khanani faced off and opened fire on each other using heavy weapons including rocket launchers and light machine gun (LMG).
It is being reported that the clash erupted due to a long-standing land dispute.
On the other hand, the police did not reach the spot in time after the incident was reported as the area is located on extremely remote location having no direct routes.
