ISLAMABAD (APP) – Taekwondo Black Belt Ahmad Amin Bodla becomes the first Pakistani to have been officially inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of fame and aims to put more records in his kitty for the country.
Talking to APP, Bodla said he was nominated for this award last year and was required to sign the acceptance letter. “Due to university commitments, I wasn’t able to send the acceptance letter in time,” he said.
He said this year Bodla sent the acceptance form and has become member of the elite class of martial artists. “It is the first time in history that a Pakistani martial artist has been inducted to martial arts Hall of fame,” he said.
Bodla said, “My family and teachers have been a great support to me,” and added he will keep making his country proud by winning more records.
