XIAN (Staff Report) – While many Indians are holding executive posts in world’s top technology companies, Prime Minister Narendra Modi who worked at a tea stall before entering politics also appears to be a great fan of modern tools. He is amongst those very few country heads who have been using social media networks since he came into power in 2013.
Soon after his election, Modi established special Selfie Booths in Delhi where everybody could take a picture of himself with the prime minister of India. He earned a repute of technology enthusiastic when #ASelfieWithModi was seen to be top trending at Twitter in India for many days following the project.
Now when Indian PM is on his official tour to China he seems to be maintaining his repute. He is noted as continuously tweeting about the tour since he flew from New Delhi. He is not only uploading his selfies but updates about his meeting as well from China.
While keeping his people aware about his visit, Modi also came out with information about his phone call to Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani after the recent attack in Kabul where Indian citizens are also killed reportedly.
