PTI tops Center, PML-N outshines in Punjab as ECP issues complete results

ISLAMABAD - The electoral commission on Friday finally released the complete results of elections for National Assembly and provincial assemblies' general seats with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leading the tally in Center.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued results of 270 seats out of 272 as the elections in two constituencies - NA- 60 and NA- 103 - were postponed.

In the 11th General Election, Imran Khan's party has bagged 16,857,035 (16.857 million) votes in National Assembly elections. The PML-N managed to obtain 12,894,225 (12.894m) votes, while the PPP stood at third position with 6,894,296 (6.894m) votes.

The newly-emerged religious party, Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), has secured 2,197,679 (2.197m) votes and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQMP) has got 729,767 votes.
