LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan, on Wednesday, said that as per an MoU signed with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Pakistan and India will play as many as six cricket tournaments in the next eight years.
The PCB chief, while addressing après conference in Lahore, said the Indian attitude is currently positive and both teams will play a series in Dubai during this December. “We hope India’s junior cricket team will also visit Pakistan”.
Shahryar said that during his visit to India, he couldn’t meet the BCCI head Jagmohan Dalmiya due to his illness; however, he had positive discussions with him over telephone.
“Resumption of cricket between the two countries was discussed,” he told media persons.
Netherlands, Nepal and Ireland are also willing to tour Pakistan soon, the board chairman added.
