KARACHI (Web Desk) – Residents of Karachi held a candle light vigil in honor of Qawwali maestro Amjad Sabri on Thursday, who was gunned down in a fatal attack two days ago.

Hundreds of people took to Numaish Chowrangi to pay homage to Amjad Sabri, including civil society activists, members of social welfare organizations and city residents.
Citizens in Lahore also gathered to pay their last respects to the slain qawwal.
The participants urged the government to find the culprits behind Amjad’s untimely murder.
