LAHORE – The plan with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on board remained in Pakistani airspace for 46 minutes.

Reports said the PM Modi’s aircraft entered Pakistani airspace over Chitral from Afghanistan at around 5:46 PM and remained in Pakistani airspace until approximately 6:30 PM. It entered the Indian airsplace while flying near Lahore, the capital city of Punjab.

The plane was passing through Pakistani airspace when Mod was returning to India from the United States after wrapping up his three-day official visit.

Indian media reported that during his visit to the US, Modi participated in the Quad Leaders’ Summit chaired by President Joe Biden.

He also delivered a speech at the United Nations Future Summit, and held meetings with several heads of state.
