ISLAMABAD (Staff report) – Police have recovered body of a young girl bundled inside a suit case in the jurisdiction of Sabzi Mandi police station.
The girl was identified as Anum, who had recently returned to Islamabad from United Arab Emirates.
According to police, a taxi has been identified throwing away the suitcase, from which the body was recovered with the help of CCTV cameras installed under Islamabad Safe City Surveillance Programme. “She had apparently been strangulated to death,” police added.
