MULTAN (Online) – A condemned prisoner was executed in Multan Jail on Saturday morning.
Ghulam Shabbir, a resident of Jehanian, was convicted in the murder case of Zafar Iqbal 15 years ago.
After the President of Pakistan rejected the mercy appeal of the convict, a district and sessions judge issued his black warrants for his execution.
The body was handed over to the family for burial.
