ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – The mobile phone service will remain suspended from 6am to 1pm tomorrow (Friday) in Islamabad as a security measure on account of Independence day.
According to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the phone service is being suspended due to security reasons during Independence day celebrations.
The phone service in federal capital will resume after 1pm.
Earlier, today mobile phone services were suspended in Islamabad due to the ongoing rehearsals for Independence Day celebrations. Networks began coming back to life a little after 12:30 PM and complete service was restored.
