When you think of diplomats and embassy staff, you think of serious people in black buttoned up suits discussing serious matters, attending high level meetings, or sending some deep analysis back home via classified cables.
Well, one man is on a mission to break this stereotype for some reason and he is dragging his whole staff with him. Not that its a bad thing.
