KARACHI (Staff Report) – The Counter-terrorism Department personnel on Friday arrested four terrorists allegedly trained in Afghanistan from the Korangi and Orangi areas of the metropolis.
The suspected terrorists were allegedly involved in the killings of security personnel and members of the Shia community including other terror acts.
According to the CTD, the terrorists were arrested from Bilal Colony, Korangi and Orangi Town.
Meanwhile, six suicide jackets, four hand grenades and mobile phones were recovered from terrorists’ possession, the CTD said.
Cash and three 30 bore pistols were also recovered from the suspects.
