ISLAMABAD – At least 40 workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) including three members of KPK assembly have been detained by police from Bani Gala.
Reportedly, Minister for Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs, Mehmood Khan, Adviser for Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives, Mohibullah Khan and Ubaidullah Mayar, an MPA from Mardan were held and shifted to Adiala Jail among 40 activists for violation of Section-144 that was imposed yesterday for two months.
The development came in as crackdown continued in the twin cities against protesters belonging to PTI and Awami Muslim League (AML).
