LAHORE (Staff Report) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has reached Lahore, where the party supporters and activists have gathered to greet him at Allama Iqbal International Airport.
Qadri’s convoy, amidst heavy security, is on its way to his Model Town residence. Although the PAT leader is traveling in a bullet proof vehicle, the Punjab government has provided eight Elite Forces vehicles for his security.
To the disappointment of thousands of PAT supporters and workers, their leader did not step out of his vehicle to greet them personally.
